The book is a comprehensive monographic research of the problems of the legal regulation of entrepreneurial activity of credit institutions in the derivatives market. In the paper a definition of derivatives market on the assumption of the goals of the legal regulation is provided, the subject of the legal regulation in the sphere of the derivatives market and the subject structure are determined. The book contains characterization of the derivatives in a legal sense and in an economic sense. The author suggested the legal measures to solve the problems arising from the combination of banking and other entrepreneurial activity of credit institutions in the derivatives market.

In the book are used such sources as papers of native and foreign legal scholars and economists, native and foreign legislation, enforcement practices, particularly banking practices of making derivatives, and others.

The book is intended for practicing lawyer, managers and specialists of credit institutions as well as other subjects of derivatives market, scholars, lecturers, post-graduate students, students.
