Hello comrades! Today, here in Tyumen, we are starting a series of lectures on the "Concept of Public Security". Therefore, it is correct to pose the question of the "Concept of Public Security". That is, about such a concept, using which all people of the Earth would live calmly, happily and peacefully.

Let's try to answer the question, why in our country, in a country where there is everything in abundance, the gas, the oil, the gold, and the forests, the carbon, everything that is needed for a normal life, because we have all this , unlike other countries, so why do we live so poor?

And, for example, in Europe, where there are no such resources, people live very well there! So who is to blame for the fact that we live like this, and most importantly, what needs to be done to get out of this situation. We begin to look for answers to the questions with the following: you all know that there is such a word - anti-globalization, they are shown on TV and written in the media, how they organize protests in Europe and America. The question arises - if there are anti-globalists, then there must be globalists!

Many scientist associate the term of globalization with an any something specifics questions. For exampel it is either with economic globalization or military expansion. But in reality, globalization is a process of concentration of management over the productive forces of mankind. Simply put, there was a time when on our planet the Indians* of America did not know that Columbus lived across the ocean, who in the future, will discover America where Indians lived. The inhabitants of the Perinean Peninsula didn't, that there are Russians, In Russia they did not know that Yaponians is living across the strait, and the Yaponians did not know that the same Indians lived across the other ocean (Pacific Ocean) ... Was there such a time? Yes! It was so!

At that time, people lived as they saw fit. Everyone lived the way they wanted. But as soon as the kings and tsars, khans and sheikhs who ruled their peoples, began to unite kingdoms, creating marriage alliances, marrying off their daughters at sons the descendants of their ruling neighbors, then wars began. And then countries and peoples began to subjugate each other by force weapons, began to seize markets so that to sell their goods, to introduce religion to perform tasks beneficial to themselves.

Здравствуйте, товарищи! Сегодня здесь, в Тюмени, мы начинаем цикл лекций по "Концепции Общественной Безопасности". Прежде всего, я хочу пояснить, почему "Концепция Общественной Безопасности", а не "Концепция Национальной Безопасности". Многие люди думают, что «Концепция Общественной Безопасности», это обеспечение порядка на улицах, культурного поведения в общественных местах. Но эта концепция вовсе не про это.

Во-первых, я хочу сказать, почему "Концепция Общественной Безопасности", а не "Концепция Национальной Безопасности". Понятие «Концепция национальной безопасности» некорректно, потому что ставит задачу обеспечить безопасность какой-то национальности, но Россия, а тем более все человечество, состоит из множества народов, .проживающих на нашей планете. Поэтому правильно поставить вопрос о «Концепции Общественной Безопасности». То есть о такой концепции, используя которую все люди Земли жили бы спокойно, счастливо и мирно.

Поэтому мы, то есть группа авторов-создателей этой концепции, ставим вопрос о "Концепции Общественной Безопасности"

Попробуем ответить на вопрос, почему в нашей стране, в стране, где все в изобилии, газ, нефть, золото, лес, уголь, все, что нужно для нормальной жизни, потому что у нас есть все это, в отличие от других стран, так почему же мы живем так бедно?

А, например, в Европе, где нет таких ресурсов, там люди живут очень хорошо! Так кто виноват в том, что мы так живём, и главное, что нужно делать, чтобы выбраться из этой ситуации. Начинаем искать ответы на вопросы вот с чего: Вы все знаете, что есть такое слово - антиглобалисты, их показывают и по телевизору, и пишут в СМИ, как они в Европе, в Америке устраивают акции протеста. Возникает вопрос - если есть антиглобалисты, значит должны быть и глобалисты!

Многие ученые связывают термин глобализация с какими-то конкретными вопросами. Многие ученые связывают термин глобализация с какими-то конкретными вопросами. Например, это либо экономическая глобализация, либо военная экспансия. Но на самом то деле глобализация - это процесс концентрации управления производительными силами человечества.

Проще говоря, было время, когда на нашей планете индейцы * Америки не знали, что Колумб жил за океаном, который в будущем откроет Америку, где жили индейцы. Жители Перинейского полуострова не знали, что есть русские, в России не знали, что японцы живут за проливом, и японцы не знали, что те же индейцы живут за другим океаном (Тихим океаном). ... было такое время? Да! Это было так!

В то время люди жили так, как считали нужным. Все жили так, как хотели. Но как только цари и цари, ханы и шейхи, правившие своими народами, начали объединять королевства, создавая брачные союзы, выдавая своих дочерей замуж за сыновей потомков своих правящих соседей, начались войны. И тогда страны и народы стали порабощать друг друга силой оружия, начали захватывать рынки, чтобы продавать свои товары, внедрять религию для выполнения выгодных для себя задач.
