ETERNAL FLAME

CHAPTER 1

Once I died…

Or, may be twice…I don`t remember.

I saw the flame. Eternal flame of life. The life is darkness. Only in total darkness you can see the truth.

My truth is my soul age. My true soul mate is Dooncan McCloud I know it for sure. I met him once. Or twice , I don`t remember.

He was waiting for me at the edge. I took his hand & we walked to Eternity. Hand in hand. The snow was falling & the snow flakes covered my coat.

As we walked further we became closer & closer. The life is the road to Eternity He told me.

I kept silent & sighed.

-The life is not the road . The life is the struggle.

-When the struggle is lost, Simona, we may just walk. – He answered.

We kept walking for an hour & then I asked:

-My Dooncan, may I look back, I feel someone is watching US.

-No way My Hope, on your road to Eternity you can`t look back, never, remember that, otherwise you will lose your way & your life will be ended.

-But someone is calling for me.

-Who is that , My Hope?

-It`s my child.

-We don`t need a child, we live this life walking.

- Walking to Eternity , My Dooncan, I know…

We kept on walking for years & noone would make US apart. We were walking & burning …were burning in the Flame.

Eternal Flame of Love.

On our way to Eternity we met different people who were not indefferent to US. One of them was my space – mate Hellka.

Once she invited me for dinner & talked wise. She was too fighty to be betrayed. When in love, she sang me passionatelly the farewell sonnet. Her husband was painting the city in snow.

The snow was still falling when my Doonkan took my hand & we kept on walking to Eternity.

-How was your friendship? – He asked.

-No way. You can`t have friends on your way to Eternity. – I answered.

I appologized & sent Hellka the card. “don’t disturb!”

She wrote me back in a year & wished “Be happy!”

“I am happy !” sang the Angel on my shoulder.

-Oh My! We have lost the way!!! – my Doonkan cryed, - we are in Heaven!!!

-Oh, MY Lord, you are right. I can see the Garden.

The God met US at the gates.
