Monograph was prepared by the participants of an interactive roundtable «Law and Economic Development: problems of state regulation of the economy», organized by the Department of Business Law of the Law Faculty of Lomonosov Moscow State University on December 1, 2016 in the framework of the VI Moscow Legal Week together with the Moscow Branch of the Association of the Lawyers of Russia.
