Есаков Геннадий Александрович

Кандидат юридических наук, преподаватель кафедры уголовного права Московской государственной юридической академии

В 2000 году окончил Московскую государственную юридическую академию и в том же году защитил кандидатскую диссертацию на тему «Mens rea в уголовном праве Соединенных Штатов Америки». С 2002 года является преподавателем кафедры уголовного права МГЮА.

Сфера научных интересов: история уголовного права, зарубежное уголовное право, проблемы субъективной стороны преступления.
