Я прошел вдоль строя новых колонистов. Перед тем как раздать ключи, я хотел с ними обо всем договориться. Старожилы стояли чуть поодаль и готовы были помочь новичкам освободиться от наручников. Ну и убить их всех были готовы, если что не так.

Я сказал по-английски. Кто не понял, тем перевели.

Сипа церемонно поклонился. Кажется, он действительно поверил, что может решать психологические проблемы. Я решил его поддержать, тем более что английский он знал плохо.

На албанский переводил такой же скованный наручниками парень. Едва он успел договорить, весь строй сделал шаг вперед. Новые колонисты улыбались. Им смешно было, что они все оказались одинаково страшными убийцами.

Но я не улыбался. Улыбки не всегда помогают, если разговариваешь с убийцами.

Новые колонисты бурно одобрили постройку мечети.
